I målsettingspakken vil utøveren få en grundig kartlegging av egne ferdigheter, samt fokus på egenutvikling.

Vi vil utarbeide en individuell plan som inkluderer kortsiktige, mellomlange og langsiktige mål.

Disse målene vil bli fulgt opp regelmessig gjennom sesongen for å sikre mestringsorientering og motivasjon.
